Terms and Conditions for the Stone Lamp
- Scope of Warranty
- The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and exclusively covers the electronic components of the lamp, including:
- Touch sensors (in the models that include this function).
- LED drivers and circuits.
- Internal rechargeable batteries (in models that include them).
- Transformer or power adaptors (in the models that include them).
- Warranty Exclusions
- The Warranty does not cover:
- Physical or aesthetic damage to the stone structure of the lamp (cracks, scratches, breaks, wear from normal use, etc.).
- Damage caused by drops, bumps, or improper use.
- Natural wear and tear to rechargeable batteries due to normal use.
- Damage resulting from exposure to humidity, liquids, extreme heat or inappropriate environments.
- Any damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.
- Conditions for Use for Lamps with Touch Functionality
- Lamps with touch functionality must be handled with care. It is recommended to:
- Avoid using sharp or hard objects to activate the touch sensor.
- Keep the touch sensor area clean and free of dirt or debris that could affect its operation.
- Keep the lamp away from electronic equipment, such as radios and smart phones, that may interfere with the normal functioning of the sensors.
- Do not subject the lamp to extremely humid environments that may interfere with the accuracy of the sensor.
- Conditions of Use for Lamps with Batteries
- Lamps with rechargeable batteries should be used and recharged following the manufacturer’s recommendations:
- Use only the supplied or authorized power adaptors.
- Do not overload the lamp or leave it connected for long periods when fully charged.
- Battery life may decrease over time due to regular charge and discharge cycling, which is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty.
- Warranty Claim Process
- To claim the warranty, the customer must:
- Present valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Notify the manufacturer or authorized distributor within the warranty period.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging or in suitable conditions for transportation.
- Evaluation of the Product Under Warranty
- Once the product is received, a technical evaluation will be performed to determine if the problem is related to the electronic components. If the defect is determined to be covered under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
- If the damage is not covered (for example, damage to the stone structure or damage due to battery wear), the customer will be informed, and any repair or replacement will be subject to additional costs.
- Returns and Refunds
- If the customer wishes to return the product for reasons other than manufacturing faults, returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase, under the following conditions:
- The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
- It must be returned in its original packaging and with all accessories.
- Shipping costs for returns not related to defects will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Limitations of Liability
- The manufacturer will not be responsible for:
- Incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the product.
- Damage to other objects or personal injury as a result of improper use.
